Automotive Supplier Finder (ASF) is the largest automotive industry specific supplier finder service designed and developed around our automotive database, containing details on over 9,000 companies and 3,000 product classifications. ASF allows buyers to issue requests for quotations (RFQ) and requests for information (RFI) through the system.

Joining the Database as a Supplier

Our service matches buyers to suppliers based on capabilities rather than marketing budgets which makes our service a good place to ensure your business capabilities are recognised amongst industry purchasing professionals. The database (Motor Industry Directory (MID)) covers all aspects of the industry:

All companies in the database receive an MID entry. When you register you will be asked to complete a short form to confirm your company capabilities so that you can be accurately matched to buyers.

How to Use the Automotive Supplier Finder

• Receive Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Information (RFI)
  View RFQs, download NDAs and CAD drawings, manage your accounts and respond RFQs via the online system.
   
• Join ASF Supplier Communities
  When you register you will automatically be assigned to a supplier community. Communities allow buyers to search for your company within categories.
  Manage and view your assigned communities.
   
• Check your MID entry
  You can check your MID entry by searching by company name or product categories in the search tools. View the categories we have your business down as capable of supplying and let us know if you need to make any alterations and additions.
   

NEW Features

New - Receive Public or Private Requests for Quotations (RFQs) or Requests for Information (RFIs)
Buyers can now issue public requests for quotation to suppliers in a community. For example if a supplier belongs to the Brakes Community they will receive any RFQs that relate to the products of this community.
