Manage your RFQs online in one convenient place – view sent RFQs and responses, manage your closed and open RFQs; accounts and contact / site management.

How to Use the Automotive Supplier Finder

  • Browse the Motor Industry Directory to Find Suppliers
Search by company name, product and services or by brand name
  • You can view the company profiles and issue RFQs and RFIs
  • Create a Quick RFQ
Search by product or service key words to send an RFQ to the matching suppliers. The system interrogates the database allowing you to issue public or private RFQs to only the relevant suppliers. Complete the quotation request form and send. All you will need to do is wait for suppliers to respond. You can then view the responses through the website when your pre-defined expiry date has been reached.

New Features

New - Issue Public or Private Requests for Quotations (RFQs)

Buyers can now issue public requests for quotation to suppliers in a community. For example if you select to send the a public RFQ, the system will send your request to all suppliers in a particular community e.g. Brakes Community. Sending a public RFQ will also mean your company name (But not your contact details) will be exposed to all suppliers that receive your request. Suppliers can only respond to you through the ASF site. With public RFQs you can choose who you would like your RFQ to go out to and also exclude any known companies from the distribution list.

If you wish to send a private RFQ, your company and contact details will be hidden from the suppliers.

Coming Soon - Send Requests to Overseas Suppliers

Working with our trade association counterparts throughout Europe and beyond, we plan to introduce overseas suppliers to the searchable database. The initial phase of 2,000 suppliers will be from Central and Eastern Europe.
