When a buyer chooses to send a private request for quotation the system will proactively match the buyer to the best suppliers based on the pre-defined criteria set by the buyer during the RFQ creation process. For example: buyers can choose to refine their search by region. This will mean that only suppliers in the chosen regions will receive the notification of an RFQ. This search logic can also be applied to quality standards, industry area, capabilities, etc.
